Photographs may include accessories or illustrative settings; only items expressly included in the listing or written order form part of the sale. Availability, model details, recorded usage, and included equipment should be confirmed before payment.
Quotations and orders
An enquiry does not reserve equipment or confirm an order. Check your written order details, including the product, condition, delivery address, price, and included accessories. If a material error or availability problem is identified, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any change or arrange a refund of money paid for an order we cannot fulfil.
Prices and payment
The currency, item price, applicable taxes, and total payable must be stated in your quote or order confirmation. Standard nationwide US shipping is free. Use the accepted payment methods and instructions stated in the confirmed invoice. Any additional services or charges require agreement before they are supplied.
Delivery

Returns and refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Eligible change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return freight. Compatibility and safe use
Confirm that the equipment suits your intended use. Outboard installation, electrical work, towing, and commissioning may require qualified assistance.
